Île Four Sparkling is a handcrafted fizzy premium Sake. Starting from a slightly unfiltered Junmai Sake, a natural second fermentation process in the bottle (méthode traditionnelle) creates an outstandingly pleasing experience on the tongue. An elegant drink with very fine, long lasting perlage. It is similar to Prosecco and other elegant sparkling wines, with a distinctive soft and slightly sweet taste and pleasant bouquet. Absolutely stunning in combination with Île Four Momo as Sake Bellini!
